Useful Information About Our Perfumes
Question: Can I buy perfumes directly from this site?
Answer: No, this site is a showcase to present our line of perfumes and our corporate mission.
Our products are available for purchase at authorized retailers and distributed in Italy and abroad through our network of distributors . We invite you to contact us to find the store closest to you or the distributor in your geographical area
Question: What can I do if I can't find a retailer in my area and I live far away? Is it possible to buy online?
Answer: If there are no authorised retailers in your area and the distance makes it difficult for you to physically go to a store, we invite you to send us a request via our Official Point contact form https://www.sevensparfume.com/contacts. We will be happy to provide you with a list of our authorised stores that also offer the possibility of purchasing online and that can ship the products directly to you.
Question: What is your pricing policy for your products, including authorised online retailers?
Answer: Our pricing policy is clear: our perfumes are sold at the list price. There is no possibility of discounts by our authorised stores or retailers, including those that operate online. This policy is essential to preserve the value of our brand and to guarantee loyalty and fair competition towards all our commercial partners. We ask you to report any cases in which our products are offered at prices other than those listed, so that we can intervene promptly. We thank you for your cooperation in respecting this important guideline.
Question: "What is your position on ethics, respect for animals and environmental protection in the creation of your perfumes?"
Answer: "Our commitment goes far beyond the creation of high-quality fragrances. We have a deep concern for ethics, animal welfare and the protection of our planet. For this reason, none of our perfumes contain ingredients of animal origin; essences that could traditionally derive from animals, such as musk, or animal notes, are obtained through ethical and cruelty-free synthesis processes. Likewise, we are attentive to the environmental impact of our choices. Wherever possible, we favor raw materials from sustainable sources and, for ingredients that could contribute to deforestation or put delicate ecosystems at risk, we opt for responsible synthetic alternatives. Our philosophy is to offer unique olfactory experiences with full respect for nature and all living beings."
